Alicia Rose Sandercock
Co-Founder & Company Director
Alicia Rose trained with The Royal Ballet School within their Associate Programme (spanning a total of 8 years) and at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts where she received a full scholarship for her training.

Alicia Rose has been a multiple medallist winner at the 'All England National Finals' in London, represented the South West at the IDTA Ballet Championships on several occasions, previously held the title of South West Ballet & Modern Champion for consecutive years and been an award winner at The Royal Ballet Summer School.
She has performed in various famous theatres including
The Royal Albert Hall, The Blackpool Winter Gardens, The Bloomsbury Theatre & The Peacock Theatre.

Alicia Rose has worked extensively with The Walt Disney Company and following her time at Disneyland Paris as a Face Character and Dancer, she secured numerous contracts with Disney Cruise Lines and Tokyo Disney Resort.

Alicia Rose has performed in a variety of notable performances and her repertoire includes; The Sugar Plum Fairy ('The Nutcracker'), Evil Stepsister ('Cinderella'), Wendy ('Peter Pan'), Diamond Fairy and Fairy of the Woodland Glade ('The Sleeping Beauty') and Peasant Pas De Deux ('Giselle').

Her passion for the nurturing and developing of new Talent began when Alicia Rose developed a pilot scheme (known as the 'Pre-Associate Programme') in her hometown of Torquay, Devon. This course was aimed at young and aspiring dancers who had a dream of training professionally in Classical Ballet.
With an excellent response from students and parents alike, the scheme evolved into the fully-fledged programme and she continues to provide guest teaching for young dancers today.

Alicia Rose has also modelled for various brands, including International Dance Supplies.
Lucy J. Samuels
Co-Founder & Company Director
Lucy J. was born into a family of established and well-known Entertainers, which allowed her to discover her passion for performing at just 2 years of age. Training locally for a number of years, Lucy worked alongside many West End stars and Choreographers, which furthered her inspiration within the industry. Whilst training, she also had the honour of being invited as a guest performer at the annual 'Encore Dance Company' show by Director Antony Dowson at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts. Lucy then went onto continue her training and subsequently secured a place at Laine Theatre Arts.
Lucy won many awards during her time as a young performer, including South West Modern and Song & Dance Champion for consecutive years and was a gold medallist at the 'All England National Finals' in London.

From the age of 9 through to 22 years old, Lucy was a resident featured Vocalist and Dancer at the Babbacombe Theatre - this became Lucy's professional training ground and prepared her for a future career.
She has performed in a number of iconic venues including The Hackney Empire, The Bloomsbury Theatre, The Peacock Theatre, The NEC Birmingham and her most recent job landed her on the the main stage at the prestigious Alexandra Palace. ​​​

Lucy has danced alongside many artists in the music industry including Yxng Bane and has most recently featured in a music video for a new and emerging Artist.
She has also modelled legwear for International Dance Supplies within their catalogues and on their company website (she often spots her legs when buying new tights!)

Lucy currently performs across the UK as a lead vocalist with a number of corporate bands, including 'Blue Lion'.
With a passion for choreography, Lucy acts as an in-house Choreographer for any Divine shows and productions, but as well as this, she has choreographed for the Artist 'Fable' in her Album Tour and the UK's N.O 1 Tribute to Kylie Minogue.
Lucy's career is currently thriving in London and overseas as a Performer, whilst growing a successful business.
Lucy feels that it's important to nurture other performers careers as well as her own and believes there's power in that unity of success.
